Video visits (also known as telemedicine) are perfect for those times you feel too sick to leave your house but still want great care. It’s also ideal when you’re feeling contagious or want to limit your community exposure, as is recommended for COVID-19. Effective 7/1/21, Independence and AmeriHealth no longer cover video visits in urgent care settings, but this service is available on a self-pay basis.
During a telemedicine visit, a vybe clinician can diagnose many common medical illnesses and even minor injuries and skin issues. Video urgent care visits are not meant for life-threatening emergencies or to replace care for a chronic problem.

Just like a regular visit, you’ll need a few standard items available for your online urgent care visit, like your photo ID and insurance card. If you prefer to self-pay instead of using insurance, our telemedicine pricing begins at the same rate as an in-person visit. To save time, you can complete your registration forms online using the link in your confirmation email. In addition, you’ll also want to enable your video and microphone for your computer, tablet, or phone for your virtual doctor visit. vybe urgent care virtual visits are available 7 days a week.
